Whilst pounding the pavements, some runners like to be alone with their own thoughts or listen to external noises such as bird song or if part of a race soak up the atmosphere through listening to the crowds. Others like or need to listen to a podcast, music or a running app to guide, distract or motivate. This preference may vary day to day or depend on whether you are alone or running with a friend.
Earbuds or headphones, wireless or wired all personal preference for runners but they need to be comfortable, lightweight a good fit and sweat resistant. What would your choice be?
